Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Each item is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. The Haven & Co is not responsible for delays caused by weather or the shipping service used. 

If you do not receive your order within 14 days, please contact Customer Service at hello@thehavenandco.com. We cannot credit for orders if we have shipped and tracking information shows delivery has been made. Please consider the security of your delivery location and the ship method you select when placing your order. Please provide an email address at the time of order to receive an email tracking notification. Neither The Haven & Co nor our third party shipping companies can be responsible for stolen packages.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days, $5.99 for orders under $75 (Free for orders over $75)

International Shipping

We currently only ship to United States of America.

    Tracking Information

    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

    Order Cancelations and Refused Orders

    Please reach out to hello@thehavenandco.com for requesting a cancellation.

    Cancellations of Orders: If you desire to cancel an order you must inform in writing. Request to cancel does not = cancel. All cancellation requests will be reviewed to see where the order is in the process and if it is still in the window to be cancelled. Orders already on the dock, on a truck, or in route may not be able to be cancelled. If you request an order on the dock, on a truck, or in route to be re-routed this order will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and you will need to pay the return freight.

    Refused Orders: If an order is refused by you or your customer you will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and return freight.

    Restocking Fee

    Certain items are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover supplier charges on returns.
    Products with this fee will have a clear notice in their product description.
    Returns of these items will not receive a full refund; the refund amount will be reduced by 15%.

    Shipping Delays

    Please note that shipping may be delayed during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding.

    NOTE:To make sure everything reaches you safely, items in your order may ship separately. You may get more than one tracking number, but every piece is on its way to you!
